Room Cancellation Policy:

Any bookings cancelled 7 or more days prior to the check-in date:
‐ No charges will apply. Full refund of the booking amount.

Any bookings cancelled between 3-6 days prior to the check-in date:
‐ 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.

For bookings cancelled within 2 days of the check-in date:
‐ No refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy:
‐ In the case of a no-show at the Hotel without any prior information, no refund will be issued.

Group Bookings (4 or more rooms):

For cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the check-in date:
‐ Full refund of the booking amount.

For cancellations made between 4 to 9 days prior to the check-in date:
‐ 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date:
‐ No refund will be provided.

Modifications to Bookings:

Guests can request modifications to their bookings (e.g. date changes) subject to availability and payment of any applicable differences in rates.

Modifications must be requested at least 3days before the check-in date.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Bookings made during the festive period between 20th December and 02nd January will be Non - Refundable booking.

Child Policy:

Children aged between 7-12 years will be charged Rs. 500/- plus tax.
